يقول السعدي عند تفسير آية: ﴿ وَحَنانًا مِن لَدُنّا ﴾ :
أي: " آتيناه رحمةً ورأفةً تيسرت بها أموره ، وصلحتْ بها أحواله ، واستقامت بها أفعاله "
اللهم حنانًا من لدُنك يؤنسُ أرواحنا ،
ولُطفًا من حنانك ، تدرأ به عنّا المصائب والنوائب.
